About Our Program

The Hamilton Girls Hockey Association offers divisions ranging from Pre-Novice, age 5 years old, right up to Intermediate, age 21 years old. Our association is split into two categories. House League and Rep (or competitive). Our house league divisions play various centers in the surrounding Hamilton area, such as Stoney Creek, Ancaster, Flamborough, and is a great way for female athletes to learn about team play and most importantly fun. All leagues in Ontario are governed by the Ontario Women's Hockey Association.

Our rep system is a travel league that competes in the OWHA sanction League
